Netomnia is a market leading fibreoptic broadband infrastructure partner bringing market leading fibreoptic broadband to all 4 countries of the UK. Netomnia’s sister company, YouFibre, retails the product whilst Netomnia installs and maintains the network. Netomnia is looking for a Head of PIA Compliance to join this exciting business which is making waves in the industry and supercharging the UK’s digital infrastructure.

Homebased with national travel.

The Head of PIA Compliance reports directly to the SHEQ Director and is responsible for all aspects of PIA including compliance, Candid defect tracking and accountability, monitoring of NOI’s and Network Adjustments, KPI tracking for PIA, training and instruction internally and externally on PIA systems and processes and creation of the training content. The Head of PIA Compliance has a PIA Coordinator reporting directly to them.

**Day to day responsibilities include**:

- PIA Compliance
- Manages the PIA Compliance and the team member in the PIA Coordinator role.
- Holds to account the build and planning departments for NOI completion and submission.
- Liaises with Openreach (the product owner) on all things PIA related.
- Represents Netomnia at industry events hosted by Openreach and others with the SHEQ Director.
- Manages Candid defect process and ensures the Candid defects are rectified in a timely manner by Netomnia’s contractors with assistance from the SHEQ Administrator.
- PIA Training
- Manages the PIA training content.
- Reports on KPI’s for training to the board.
- Identifies training requirements and ensures business remains compliant with training demands for PIA.
- Develop internal training and systems to disseminate knowledge and build a core of training material for the business and contractors on the PIA product.
- Other Duties
- Problem solving with any PIA issues.
- Assists Build Partners with PIA process queries and technical queries.

**The Person**

- A highly motivated individual with experience in PIA and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast paced industry. Telecomms experience essential. PIA experience essential.

**Qualifications**

A-Level or Equivalent
- NRSWA Qualification desirable but not essential
- PIA experience is a must

**Package**

- £50k to £60k depending on experience and qualification.
