**CL Tyres limited are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Department person to work Part Time**
**(3 Days a Week Only)**
**Pay; **£11.00 Per Hour
**Working Days / Part Time Hours; **3 Days a Week between Monday To Friday
**Benefits;**No Weekends
-Onsite Parking
-Monday - Friday (This role is Part Time 3 days a week)
-An attractive salary package is based on experience is included.
-Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
-Daily invoicing to customers.
-Raising job sheets on Sage 200 for field engineers.
-Chasing overdue payments from overdue customer accounts.
-Process bank deposits.
-Reconcile financial statements.
-Prepare, send and store invoices.
-Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
-Identify and address discrepancies.
-Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
-Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
-The ability to work under pressure to deadlines and appreciate the importance of excellent customer service.
-Strong communications skills and a desire to succeed and achieve targets will complement.
-The ability to manage time and be customer focused and orientated.
**Experience**:
- Experience is essential as the role requires immediate work to be covered. Sage 200 experience is preferred.
