Job Title: Product Manager - Fintech/Payments
Location: London
**Salary**: £50-75k
The successful applicant will be a part of a team, working to develop and maintain products and services in the Fintech and Payments industry. The Product Manager will be responsible for the full life cycle of the product from design and development to delivery,ensuring that the product is successful in the marketplace.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver product strategy, plans and roadmaps
- Manage the product life cycle, from concept to launch to end-of-life
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful product delivery
- Manage product budgets and resources to ensure maximum ROI
- Monitor and analyse product performance, and make improvements to ensure profitability
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and user feedback to inform product decisions
- Ensure that products are developed in line with company strategy and objectives
- Develop and maintain product documentation and marketing materials
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Assist with product launches and roll-outs to ensure successful implementation
Technical Skills:
- Experience in product management and/or product design
- Knowledge of the Fintech and Payments industry
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
