**The Role**:
Our client are really going places and have ambitious plans, but can’t do it without great people They are looking for a **Solicitor within the Private Wealth** team based in their beautiful Lymington office.

**Duties**:

- Fulfil a personal case load, managing Private Wealth cases from start to finish, as well as assisting other team fee earners with their caseloads.
- Fee earning to meet fee income targets and work profitably.
- Assists more senior members of the team on complex and high-profile client matters.
- Great business development and marketing required in this role; raising the profile of the firm and this specific type of work through networking, events and delivery of work.
- Assist with the installation and streamlining of processes within the team, with a particular focus on the intake of work, allocation, and billing.
- Assist with the coaching and mentoring of junior fee earners to improve their knowledge and capability.
- A Solicitor with 2-6 years’ experience in dealing with rural private clients' matters.
- Ultra-high net worth experience is desirable but it’s more about being motivated and empathetic towards the countryside and rural community. Maybe you have personal ties with this community to support with building out new clients in this area of law.
- You will need to move quickly from one matter to another with a good grasp of ongoing matters/issues for that client and be able to anticipate clients’ needs and requirements.
- Creativity, a good personal manner, and an ability to relate to and communicate with clients and their staff at all levels is important so that you can find solutions to problems to facilitate progress on/completion of transactions.
