A fantastic opportunity has come up with one of our sites in Daventry and GXO is seeking a talented and passionate individual for the position of **HR Advisor - 6-month FTC**. As an HR Advisor, you will play an integral role in providing effective support and guidance to the line managers in all aspects of human resources.

This role is being offered on a 6 month FTC, full-time basis. You will predominantly work Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around working from home 1-2 days per week.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of £34,000-£36,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days of holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle-to-work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Provide advice and guidance on Absence and Performance Management
- Support site engagement and communication at all the levels
- Compliance with HR Audits
- Support the management team in all HR-related topics

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in supporting HR processes
- A keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT skills, preferably with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- CIPD qualification or working towards one is preferred
- Experience working within HR projects would be an advantage
