Riverview Leisure Park is seeking a Groundsperson to join our team in Barnard Castle.

Riverview Leisure Park is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic experienced Groundman with holiday home leisure park maintenance experience and able to work under their own initiative.

Job description: Essential duties include mowing lawns, removing weeds, trimming shrubs, planting new greenery and removing unwanted trees and branches, strim banksides, grass strim, bin area cleaned, laundrette/gym/toilet maintained and cleaned, dog bins emptied, keeping the front of house area clean and tidy and gas bottle delivery to owners holiday homes. General maintenance of machinery and tools ensuring in a good clean and working order for the next days use.

A full driving licence is essential as you will be required to drive the mower and the tractor.

**Salary**: Up to £21,840.00 per year
