Internal Sales Executive

Our client is now recruiting for an Internal Salesperson to join their bustling team based in Hitchin. This role has the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis, working two days from home per week.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Working towards a quarterly target, as an Internal Salesperson, you will be following up on service contract leads and quotations to convert these to orders.
- As a team of four, the UK is split geographically and so you will be responsible for liaising with customers within your territory to understand their requirements and provide a practical solution.
- The Internal Salesperson is responsible for the creation of their own quotes and will be expected to provide excellent customer service and manage all expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- The role interacts with many other departments so you will need to work closely, and build strong internal relationships to ensure you can support the customers
- You will be required to report sales figures monthly to ensure you are tracking positively against targets.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- We are looking for someone who has had previous experience in a similar role.
- In addition, as the role is working with customers, you must also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, as well as outstanding customer service skills.
- The role is requiring an individual who is competent on a CRM system (ServiceMax preferable) as well as with all Microsoft packages.
