Working as the B2B Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage both new and existing enterprise relationships while supporting and growing our sales opportunities in the SME, Education, and other business sectors. Day-to-day activitieswill include conducting customer meetings, prospecting for new business opportunities and working with the wider business to support increasing our brand awareness across our full-fibre network

You will be passionate about technology and the success and growth of the business opportunity. You will be target driven and lead from the front demonstrating great leadership skills and commitment to achieving the company goals.

**You'll be responsible for**
- Working closely with the Sales Director to achieve objectives and targets
- Managing key relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Grow and develop sales through effective and consistent outbound activity
- Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline consisting of established client relationships and new business.
- Field all inbound sales requests and ensure deep product and company knowledge to support customers with their requirements
- Staying abreast of competitor activity to drive sales opportunities and continuously maintaining the CRM system through accurate forecasting.
- Attending and reporting KPIs in weekly sales management meetings (online)
- Supporting marketing activities and campaigns
- Handling day-to-day challenges and escalations

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Proven track record in the Telecommunications/ISP sector
- BD focused, with a determined attitude
- Consultative and innovative when working with customers, understanding their requirements.
- Motivated, driven, and self-disciplined
- Great work ethic and can demonstrate integrity
- Brilliant relationship builder
