**About the role**

Our Concierge Coordinators create an unrivalled, personalized shopping experience and you will be a driving force in the concierge team in your store. This is an integral role, you will manage, nurture, and evolve our existing client base as well as establishing new acquisition.

Building long lasting relationships with our clients is important to our success; you will put them first, build trust and look for every opportunity to showcase the very best of our hospitality. You will be known to be a sales and service expert and someone who lives and breathes our values.
- Your mission will be to own and deliver all aspects of our concierge service by:_
- Being a client relationship expert, role modelling excellence to your team with your unrivalled premium and luxury service knowledge, leadership & service skills.
- Making each client feel special and welcome by ensuring a strong client focus and a desire to always go the extra mile to continually deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Working confidently and collaboratively with various departments across the wider store and 3rd party service providers.
- Keeping up to date with the various experience as they launch, taking every opportunity to expand your knowledge to share with clients and colleagues.
- Being responsible for all administrative tasks within the Concierge Team.
- A strong track record of working in a similar business / personal shopping role - Essential
- Suervisory experience in retail or similar role - Essential
- Event managment - Desired
- A great communicator. You will adapt your style and service to suit client needs and preference.
- A keen follower of fashion & lifestyle trends, brands, and social media
- Efficient, organized, and able to plan whilst having the flexibility to be able to respond to last-minute requests
- A strong team player but also someone who demonstrates initiative and can work on their own
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An affinity with the Fenwick brand
