TRC are searching Infrastructure Technicians to join our client who is one of the UK’s leading and highly innovative providers in the Shildon Area
Principal Purpose:
- To provide 1st & 2nd line support for the Shildon site and to support the remote helpdesk for the other two sites (Perth, Wellingborough). To escalate to 3rd Line engineers when required.
- To maintain close working relationships with the customer base, with a good standard of communication. To work well under-pressure and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
Key skills required:
- Windows Operating System
- Windows Server
- Office 365, Exchange and Active Directory
- VMWarr
- Mobile Devices
- Basic networking
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Experience of PowerShell scripting
