Accounts Assistant/EA - part time hybrid working
Part time role in Burgess Hill.
The ideal applicant will be well organised, great administration skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have a proactive approach with good attention to detail and be able to manage a varied workload.
The role will have two parts, it will consist of an admin assistant for the Accounts Department and an Executive Assistant for the MD. The role will require 20 hours a week, spread over 4 or 5 days, 1 day per week working from home.
Duties will include;
- Raising invoices
- Routine credit control
- Updating current spreadsheets and records
- General administrative task as set by the MD
- General accounts administration
Professional Skills;
- Proactive with a high level of initiative
- Previous experience accounts experience (preferred)
- Experience working with sage (preferred)

- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
We currently use Sage, all training will be provided if you have not used it previously. At the moment the office is based in an area with limited public transport so access to a car and a driving licence is essential.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £23,352.26-£52,604.19 per year
