The Role:
The Interim Accounts Payable Clerk will support the purchase ledger team, processing invoices, liaising with internal departments and suppliers and responding to queries.
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
- Responding to purchase ledger queries from parks and the central support teams
- Liaising with suppliers and building good working relationships with them
- Assisting with reporting queries
- Supporting the Purchase Ledger Supervisor with compliance checks when onboarding new suppliers
- Bank & Credit Card reconciliation
- Clearing Back Log

**Profile**:

- Three years' experience in a similar role in a busy accounts department
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and able to build strong working relationships, often remotely
- A good eye for detail
- Good Excel skills - Vlookups & Pivot tables

On Offer:
Hourly rate circa £13 to £15 per hour

Length - Ongoing
