As the Youth and Sport lead you will

Be responsible for the management and strategic development of all **Youth development &** Sporting Activities across the organisation

To support the CEO to work strategically with appropriate agencies and organisations within the area to design and implement development of Youth Work activities and Sport Development Programmes for local young people.

To support the CEO in the management and delivery of services to children, young people and the local community.

Be part of the management team and to take a responsibility and leadership for additional projects.

To be responsible for increasing the Youth and Sport Offer across the organisation

Proactively work with Community and Play lead to develop work across the organisation

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£29,484.00 per year
