Middleweight Artworker

Sciterion’s business is flourishing, so we are looking to add a Middleweight Artworker to our growing team.

**Core Duties/Responsibilities**:
To support the account teams and creatives in ensuring a consistently high technical quality of creative work, delivered on-time and within allowed budgets.

To be responsible for the brands on which you work and the role they play within the agency.

Be passionate about your work and keep up-to-date with the latest artwork and repro techniques and software.

**Main Tasks**:

- **Customer Focus**_
- Ensure all artwork produced meets client and brand guidelines
- Quality Check materials before final delivery to ensure that all items will print/display at the optimum quality and that there are no compliance/copyright/licensing issues
- Assist creative and production team members and work with account managers and writers to produce professional-quality artwork for print or digital publishing
- Effectively estimate time to schedule tasks and manage deadlines
- Complete accurate timesheets
- Liaise with internal and external clients

- Convert creative ideas from visuals and scamps into professionally art-worked documents
- **Systems/Technical**_
- Create artwork using industry-standard software and techniques
- Have a thorough understanding of which colourspace is appropriate for which type of media and implement this across all artworks
- Must understand when RGB, CMYK, spot and Hex code colours are appropriate, and the correct resolution of images for the size of output
- Maintain consistent style and quality across a project
- **Projects/Ad Hoc duties**_
- To carry out any other duties as required within the scope of the skill set determined for the role
- To ensure the completion and accurate entry of details within your timesheet as part of your day-to-day activities, this will be reviewed on a weekly basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
