We are currently seeking a creative, driven, and inspiring
**Head of PR & Partnerships**
***with a passion for bringing stories to life and building truly meaningful lifestyle brands through brilliant PR and Brand in Culture strategies. A person who knows how to build a brand by tapping into popular culture to reach new audiences.
- You’ll help grow the brand and appeal to new audiences, showcasing Gleneagles and the Glorious Playground as an experience destination for families, couples and friends through brand partnerships, Influencers and creative storytelling through innovative PR strategies.

You’ll also be responsible for Gleneagles Townhouse, a place to gather and be glorious in the heart of Edinburgh city. Gleneagles’ first luxury city hotel, with all-day dining, roof terrace and members’ club.
- The Head of PR & Partnerships will also lead on our Members’ Programming strategy and brand implementation for the Townhouse.

**Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- Creating and evolving the annual PR activity plans for both properties which encompass the key brand pillars and aligns to the wider business plans, across all categories including travel, lifestyle, F&B, golf and leisure
- Developing a brand partnership and influencer ‘hit-list’ of torchlight targets for the brand, to then nurture, convert and ultimately create long term brand advocacy to widen our reach
- Cultivating brand collaborations and joint ventures relevant to our brand and marketing plan.
- Managing our relationships with multiple, and global, external PR agencies and support; hosting the media trips these secure
- Working alongside the Head of Brand & Content to maximise brand partnership reach through our social platforms and broader marketing campaigns.
- Onboarding new brand partners and influencers, including their commercial contracts, brand alignment and content expectations
- Testing and learning from new channels, new titles and new opportunities; we want to appeal to new, younger, leisure audiences who may interact with brands differently than our previous guests
- Building and developing relationships with key media titles and directly owning the relevant ones
- Developing strong working relationships with the Brand Managers to implement brand partnership experiences relevant to the category and opportunity
- Working alongside the Brand Managers to support Gleneagles & Townhouse events and experiences to ensure we secure maximum exposure from their events
- Tracking performance of activity and holding the agencies to account for ROI, where relevant
- Managing, and developing, a Marketing Coordinator who will support you with press events, press trips and day to day to activity, to ensure our relationships have the best experiences when visiting
- Working with all agencies, travel, lifestyle, golf, brand, to propose relevant stories in line with plans, and signing off press releases
- Planning and managing, alongside our agencies, the appropriate press and influencer trips, events and interviews
- Owning and leading the members programming strategy and brand implementation at Townhouse, tapping into their network and partner relationships to create a varied and diverse tiering of members events.
- Using insight from agency data and internal systems to identify key learnings, ensuring you’re always pro-active with future creative ideas, based on this insight
