**WHAT TO EXPECT**
We have an amazing opportunity to join the Halewood Plant Launch team which is at the beginning of our most exciting journey to date, as we embark on our path to EMA.

The team is looking for a Plant Launch Leader to support and manage the Trim & Final product coaches as we deliver our new vehicles into mass production in Halewood. Being part of the Plant Launch team, you will have the chance to showcase your skills and work across cross functional teams, giving you the best opportunity for new learning towards your self-development.

The role will give you first-hand experience of managing a diverse group of coaches, in an Agile structure, as well as experiences of different facilities and departments.

Please note that the role requires flexibility on working hours and travel to West Midlands sites will be involved.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**
- Provide day to day supervision and support to the Plant Launch team Product coaches.
- Provide support to your assigned squads and Product Owners in relation to build days and meetings.
- Drive Health & Safety standards across teams, following up on any concerns and implementing improvements.
- Manage HR responsibilities for Plant Launch hourly population, including attendance and performance.
- Manage team holidays in relation to your squad requirements.
- Manage payroll activities for Plant Launch Product Coaches.
- Working in an Agile environment, using tools such as Jira on a daily basis.
- Support the management and maintenance of site-specific working practices such as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Master Schedule, 5S, Automated Issues Management System (AIMS).
- Display a flexibility to support build phases, particularly start and finish times, overtime working, and requirement to work shifts at short notice.
- Support post build activities, including CAR (Customer Acceptance & Release) area progression and Batch and Hold.
- Undertake any other tasks as directed by their line manager in connection with their role as directed.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Demonstrated history of developing and coaching team members.
- Previous experience of supervising teams to reach KPI's within deadlines.
- Experience of working within a launch activity.
- Understanding of build and delivery programmes.
- Awareness of systems such as QOS (Quality Operating System), LQOS (Launch Quality Operating System), IPS (Integrated Production System)
- Experience in handling payroll responsibilities.
