Senior Workforce Advisor

We are looking to appoint a Fixed Term / Secondment cover for Maternity Leave in the Workforce and OD Directorate within the Operational HR team who will support the delivery of a professional, expert and specialist HR service to the Trust.

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional with high emotional intelligence and a proven ability to provide solutions which transform and develop people experience, performance and commitment. You'll have a desire to attract, retain, develop and engage our people to ensure quality care is delivered within our service areas.

The Senior Workforce Advisor will work under the guidance of the Workforce and Employee Relations Specialist to provide a comprehensive, high quality and pro-active operational workforce support service to managers and staff within the Trust.

You will act as a first point of contact for allocated Division/s within the Trust, providing specialist advice on a range of employee relations issues, sickness absence and change management processes.

This is a Fixed Term/ Secondment to cover Maternity Leave until January 2024.
