Are you an experienced Project or Events Coordinator who is proactive and self-sufficient?

Our client is seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator, who would also enjoy taking on some PA responsibilities, to join this diverse and people-focused team. This is a varied role that requires a proactive approach and a willingness to get involved in allareas of the business. You will be providing operational support to a group of professionals, liaising with clients with any queries, as well as ensuring that projects are working towards their timescales.

**Temporary Project Coordinator Responsibilities**
- Providing operational support to a small group, including diary management, use of CRM, coordinating travel and accommodation, proof reading documents and materials
- Providing project coordinator support across a variety of client-facing projects
- Welcoming participants to events
- Resolving problems as they arise during events
- Be client facing on occasion, attending meetings (usually virtually but sometimes face to face); providing updates on your project actions for the project team; updating actions/to-do lists and project plans ensuring they are up to date; monitoring actions,ensuring activities are completed on all projects on time and to a high quality
- Providing health and safety, and first-aid cover (training will be provided)
- Creating individual timetables for those involved in projects
- Liaising with event participants either through issuing joining instructions, evaluation forms, accessibility needs surveys and dealing with questions and queries in a timely and responsive way
- Ensuring all suppliers are booked according to project budget

**Temporary Project Coordinator Requirements**
- Previous experience in a Project Administration or Personal Assistant position
- Supportive and professional with the ability to organise multiple projects at one time
- Strong administrative skills with good stakeholder engagement and the ability to be proactive and self-sufficient
- Efficient communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience of working with clients in a customer-facing role
- A proactive approach
- A team player to join a busy project management team
- Forward-thinking and able to multi-task
- Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of an established team
- Strong IT skills, particularly around Word and PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams and perhaps some exposure to CRM platforms
- An interest and ability to learn new skills as required

**Location**

Our client is based in Kidlington, North Oxford (OX5). There is parking available on site. Some travel may be required to client sites, attending meetings, and the occasional overnight stay when managing events.
