**6.5 hours per week, Wednesday evening 5-8pm, 3 hours to be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the project. **This role is initially being offered as a fixed term contract to 31st March, 2024. However, funding for this post has been secured for a further year and the hours will increase to 12 hours per week from April 2024.

We are looking to recruit a Coordinator for Outburst, an established and the only LGBTQI+ youth group for young people 11-19 years in Nottingham. Our outburst Coordinator will be an experienced youth worker with the ability to work with young people in a group work and one to one setting. You will be expected to have a good understanding of the needs of LGBTQI+ young people, safeguarding, youth work principles and practices, planning and delivery of an informal education programme and youth participation.

The role will require key holding responsibilities.
