My client are a leading Ecommerce health and wellbeing retailer based from Cheshire but operating on a global scale.

Representing some of the World's top Beauty Brands the business are innovators in their field.

Due to consistent year on year growth of around 40% sales, the business are looking to add to their logistics offering and bring on an entry level logistics professional looking to learn, grow and develop. The role is the result of expansion and in turninternal promotion.

The business have rapidly grown over the last 3 years, launching 16 international websites and successfully selling and distributing products to over 122 countries worldwide. represents some of the World's top Beauty brands.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Booking freight forwarders to collect stock from suppliers and deliver to our warehouses, including producing basic documentation for customs e.g. commercial invoices.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the inbound schedule of our UK and international warehouses.
- Assisting our warehouse with booking in stock and investigating any overages, shortages, damages and discrepancies that are received from the supplier.
- Chasing up suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure stock is received on time.
- Liaising with our finance team to ensure supplier's and freight forwarder's accounts are up to date.
- Keeping Excel trackers and reports up to date on the status of our shipments and communicating any delays to the business.

**Person Specification**

The business are looking to invest in someone interested in learning and progressing - there is no expectation that you will understand the role and responsibilities from day one however, they are looking for someone personable and ready to learn
- Experience in an admin heavy/ customer service role, not necessarily related to supply chain or the beauty industry, although this would be advantageous.
- Computer literate and able to do basic Excel tasks and the ability to learn how to use multiple warehouse management systems.
- Highly organised, well-motivated and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work productively within a team and to consult with other teams within the business.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This role would suit a graduate looking to kick start their career within a fantastic business or alternatively someone from retail looking to continue their skill set within a established and growing brand.
