Purchase Ledger Clerk

ADE Power Ltd is a fast-growing industrial manufacturing business working with some of the world’s largest companies in the data centre, power generation, battery storage and infrastructure. Primarily, ADE provides generator and switchgear acoustic housings and is responsible for the design, manufacture, installation, and service of our unique products.

The business opened an Australian facility last year and is likely to continue its expansion to the US and Europe in the near future. ADE was acquired in 2021 by an Industrial Manufacturing Investment Group who specialises in high growth global manufacturing businesses. The growth in data centres, electrification and critical power will mean this is an exciting growing industry for people to build a career.

We are looking for a full time purchase ledger clerk to join our busy finance team based in South Kirkby.

**Main responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- Inputting supplier invoices onto Sage
- Matching invoices to purchase orders on our bespoke purchasing system
- Supplier account statement reconciliation
- Logging supplier queries
- Company credit card reconciliation
- Assisting with month end reports
- Processing BACS/CHAPS Payment data

**Skills/experience/knowledge**:

- Minimum 2 years Purchase Ledger experience
- Sage 50 experience
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- Good communicator who is happy to communicate at all levels
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Quick learner

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
