**Evening working in the main however some weekdays may be available**

**The purpose of the role**:
We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to join our team of webcasters. This is a varied and exciting role. You will be responsible for supporting the decision-making processes of both councils by facilitating webcasting via our online meetings technology.
Full training will be provided.
**You will**:
- Ensure the Council’s Committee meetings are broadcast live for the public to see and hear the proceedings.
- Manage and configure the technology that hosts the software that controls camera movement, meeting control and meeting reporting.
- Establish and maintain a close and positive working relationship with councillors and senior officers.
**About you**:
- You will have an understanding of how local government works and key issues facing it.
- Have knowledge of the use of MS Teams for the purpose online meetings.
- Have knowledge of video streaming / internet technology, such as YouTube, Public-I.
- You will have the ability to work both independently and flexibly with limited supervision.
