**Home Develop Ltd** is a family owned and operated business located in Epsom. We are a brick masonry and stone construction company that specializes in commercial and residential remodeling projects. We are looking for a hard-working, reliable individual to join our team.

**Job Duties**:

- Working with concrete and mortar to create brick masonry, including: Mixing, pouring, setting, and finishing of bricks.
- Working with stone, such as granite or marble.
- Working with tile, such as tile for flooring or countertops.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

**Skills**:

- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to work well with others on the team.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Must have good attention to detail.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
- Must have good organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have good customer service skills, both verbal and written.

**Salary**: From £18.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Plastering: 3 years (required)
- Bricklaying: 3 years (required)
- Masonry: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

- KT17 4Qj (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- KT17 4Qj: Relocate before starting work (required)
