**Location: Mold**

**Hours: Monday to Friday 7a:30am-5pm**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to support our operations. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in different environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general construction duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Operate hand tools and power tools as required
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
