Theatre Porter

Your main duties will include assisting with both patient and non-patient manual handling, cleaning duties and waste disposal, transportation and reporting of equipment, re-stocking and ensuring the department is safe and tidy.

You must have good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and be able to remain calm in a busy environment.

The Surgical Services Division is seeking a Theatre porter to be based in the Main Operating Theatre Department. The post-holder will provide a range of support duties within the Main Theatres suite. You will need to be flexible over a range of shift patterns.
