Palé Hall is a luxurious destination for quiet retreat, comfort and culinary indulgence. Situated in the tranquil Dee valley this grand, historic Victorian mansion has an idyllic woodland garden rolling down to the banks of the river. The spectacular Snowdonia National Park is on our doorstep. In addition there are four charming garden suites situated within the estate grounds. **Job description**:
Pale Hall delivers the highest standards of service, comfort and cleanliness to its guests, thanks to our dedicated housekeepers. We're looking to support and strengthen the team by appointing a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and deputise in the absence of the Head Housekeeper.

Our housekeepers are responsible for ensuring that the hotel's beautiful bedrooms and suites, lounges and cloakrooms are immaculately serviced and presented at all times and they do a really wonderful job. We also manage an amount of the hotel laundry onsite. The right person for this position will be a real team player who enjoys a hands-on role in a busy hotel, someone who has incredible attention to detail and the confidence to support the Head Housekeeper in leading and motivating a department of 10 full time and part time housekeepers and laundry assistants. Our people are willing to step in wherever an extra pair of hands is needed, and a good sense of humour is a must

This role can be full time or part time to suit, however you'll need to be flexible in hours and working days. Housekeeping hours are between 8am and 8.30 pm over two shifts, seven days a week.

Previous supervisory experience in a busy housekeeping environment is essential, preferably in hospitality. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for perfection, who is enthusiastic, hardworking and kind.

**Profile description**:
At least 2 years hotel housekeeping experience, and at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
