**C4 Allocation & Replenishment Coordinator**

A pivotal role to ensure that we have the right stock in the right place at the right time. Supporting the Allocation and Replenishment Lead to plan and execute projects for effective ways of working for inventory management at sku/store to successfully achieve sales, profit margin and stock targets in a multi-channel retail operation. Working collaboratively with the merchandising team to maximise inventory for events and new store openings as well as providing great customer service to our stores. Acting as a role model, supporting the Allocation and Replenishment Assistants to deliver their own plans.

**As Allocation & Replenishment Controller you’ll**:

- Execute changes in the Allocation and Replenishment systems including product set up and stocking policy changes
- Communicate with cross functional teams to manage risk and opportunity
- Activate systemic parameters to optimise stockholding for digital channels
- Execute the delivery of options into all channels with Merchandising.
- Execute and measure Range launch with Merchandising, including parameter recommendations
- Plan and measure stock builds for new stores, extensions and refurbishments
- Maximise availability across all channels (including inter depot transfer)
- Generate, analyse and distribute stock reports as required
- Identify examples of best practice and share improvements to A&R process across broader commercial teams

**Our Allocation & Replenishment team would love to see**:

- Understanding of commercial issues, previous Merchandising/allocation and replenishment experience required preferably within a Non-food Omni-channel retail environment
- Technical knowledge of merchandising, forecasting & planning systems
- Strong understanding of how different categories, channels and markets operate
- Product Lifecycle, knowledge of systemic levers and tools to execute the plan
- Computer literate, Systems knowledge especially Excel and MS office with some knowledge of SQL
- Ability to simplify the challenges faced across categories and channels
- Open to trying new ideas or ways of doing things
- Ensuring customer feedback is used to influence decisions made
- Identify and lead continuous improvement in your area.
- A strong ability to interpret data to make decisions and develop practical solutions
