To work within a team providing a wide range of duties including basic maintenance, portering, and gardening. The post holder will be flexible in their working and accept responsibility for other duties as required.

1. To undertake basic repairs in line with agreed procedures, initiating appropriate action as necessary, reporting major maintenance requirements to the Site Services Manager
2. To be responsible for tending the grounds of Park Royal Centre in conjunction with the Garden Contractor with special responsibility for seasonal matters such as planting and tending of hanging baskets, patio pots. etc..
3. To carry out requests for portering and driving duties, as well as any other work assigned by the line manager.
4. Collect and delivery of post to/from Post Room/Wards
5. Collection and disposal of obsolete furniture and equipment and general rubbish and recycling.
6. Support the line manager with the security and safety procedures on site.
7. To undertake all other duties as instructed by the line manager.
8. Organise, tidy up dirty linen utility
9. The ability to be flexible in their duties
10. Help team with Covid-19 response
11. Cover other posts within Support Services as required by Line manager.
12. Clean, litter pick and other ad hoc jobs in internal and external gardens and ground including car parks.
