Stanton House are partnering with a well-known, household business to hire a number of Finance Business Partners to join a strong performing Finance team within an iconic business. The role will be responsible for providing meaningful and value add financial insight into performance and providing high quality commercial analysis as they team are an integral part of the organisation's strategy. In addition, the role entails ownership on the budget and forecast processes, from revenue through to opex and margin as well as supporting on business cases.

**To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have**:

- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with a few years post qualified experience
- Demonstrable business partnering experience
- Strong Excel skills are a must
- Must be able to demonstrate a self-starter mentality and have a proactive work ethic
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure high levels of engagement
- Experience of adding commercial value

**A little more information about the role**:

- The role is to drive commercial analysis and provide financial modelling and negotiations support to the business to hold them accountable to deliver within their budget and to influence the business where necessary on strategic decision making
- Become a trusted advisor to the senior management team across the business
- It is imperative the business partner fully understands the financial performance and current trends. On a monthly basis, key insight will be provided to their stakeholders and business leads in the segment, which consolidates and explains current performance and highlights performance.
- With a deep understanding of the segment, the business partner should be continuously looking to spot further opportunities, ensure the right decisions are made, and working at pace to drive key decisions to action.
- The success of this role is dependent on strong collaboration across multiple teams. A strong individual will ensure the multiple functions are aligned on their objectives and ensuring they are all working as one team.
