**What you'll need to succeed**
To be a successful ECT Teacher you will need to be enthusiastic and open to learning new things. You must be able to develop and find your own unique teaching style to ensure children are engaged in each lesson or activities. You must hold a QTS or ECT to besuitable for this position and have experience in the teaching industry within the last 5 years.
