JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with a local Bradford manufacturer who are looking for an accounts administrator to join their small team. This role can be part or full time.

Reporting into the financial controller and working alongside the assistant accountant, this is a great accounts admin role for someone with good finance skills. The role encompasses a range of accounts admin duties including wages, purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control and daily banking. The client is open to experience on this as full training can be provided.

Duties include:

- Responsibility for the weekly wages, entering information onto Excel and uploading to Sage.
- Action all invoice requests in relation to the sales ledger, ensuring they're sent in a timely manner.
- Ensuring supplier invoices are correctly filed.
- Process weekly staff expenses
- Process monthly credit card statement
- Deal with supplier queries
- Assisting with ensuring all cashbooks including Euro and Dollar are balanced daily.
- Preparing payments to be made, uploading BACS payments.
- Ad-hoc finance and on-finance tasks

This is a lovely role working for a successful and innovative employer. The client will offer AAT study support with a nice package on offer. Salary will pay between £23,000 - £26,000 working less than 37-hours per week.

**Please note, this role is 100% office based.**
