Jobstore Uk are recruiting for a 3.5 Tonne Driver for an immediate start with our busy distribution client based outside Glasgow.

You will be working for a great, relaxed business who put their customer satisfaction at the forefront of their business.

**Duties will include**
- Vehicle safety, maintenance and cleanliness
- Daily route planning and control of delivery documentation
- Safe loading and unloading of heavy goods to customer properties and to local warehouses
- Communication with customers, stores and warehouses
- Plan and drive to predetermined appointments with due care and attention
- Liaise with customers to confirm delivery times
- Ensure deliveries are unwrapped and checked for any damage prior to leaving the customer’s properties
- Maintain vehicle to the legal requirements and as outlined in the Driver’s handbook
- Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations

This role will involve heavy lifting.

**Requirements for the post**
- You must be self-motivated and hardworking
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean 3.5T licence
