The EHS Delivery Specialist’s role supports the company’s risk control and assurance software and services, and actively contributes to the implementation, ongoing support, and continuous improvement of the COMET family of products & associated services.

The role is responsible for delivering the highest standards of customer care through their experience and knowledge.

This role requires both practical experience and theoretical knowledge of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) organisational best practices.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Actively work on the development and delivery of COMET products and services, supporting the development team day to day.
- Develop effective relationships with software developers, product support staff, L&D specialists, and the team of partner resources.
- Advise the company on practical HSEQ matters related to the COMET suite of products and utilise relevant HSEQ knowledge to work with and advise COMET customers.
- Design, create and deliver bespoke learning packages for COMET customers, including commercial proposals.
- Contribute to the creation of new or enhanced products and functionality.
- Create great relationships with existing customers and help secure new customers in accordance with the company’s growth ambitions.
- Manage the company’s support networks for COMET, including the hosting of internal conferences, steering groups, and webinars.
- Deliver training, projects, and packages of work for COMET customers.
- Actively contribute towards sales volumes and financial growth in accordance with the company’s key performance indicators.
- Provide specialist HSEQ guidance to the organisation regarding internal learning and development processes and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to support the COMET brand, sales, and marketing effort.
- Contribute to the company’s equality, diversity, and inclusion ambitions.
- Represent the company at functions, public meetings, and industry events.
- Actively contribute to an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
