**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls and manage customer queries efficiently
- Maintain the client database with accurate up to date client information
- Provide quotations over the phone and promote products and close sales
- Ensure administration tasks are completed and up to date
- Assist colleagues where necessary and support the team as a whole
- Assist the Internal Sales Team and Sales Manager to achieve their annual business plan

**Person and skills required**:

- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Experience working in Insurance (Essential)
- Motivated and driven by targets
- Highly organised and efficient
- Strong attention to detail
- Good team player
