Reed Marketing and Creative are working with a global manufacturing business on a fantastic opportunity for a Web/SEO Manager to join this bustling and growing team in Stafford

Offering hybrid working, this role sits between the Marketing and Tech teams to fully manage the websites and SEO. It's a great role for someone who understands web development but also the need for the fluffy marketing stuff too

This role reports directly into the Head of Marketing but works closely with the Head of Tech too; full collaboration is on offer as well as the opportunity to truly manage and own this vital part of the success within the business

Duties include:

- Understanding HTML, CSS and Java to work with the developers on creating new web pages/landing pages etc
- Managing the SEO and lead generation for the websites
- Working with various teams and stakeholders such as marketing, tech, graphic designers, translation agencies and more
- Working to strict KPIs around traffic, web metrics, lead generation and conversion rates
- Project manage various campaigns in the pipeline to ensure success rate

Hybrid working from the office in Stafford is on offer with 3 days in the office and 2 at home with working hours of 8am to 4.30pm.
