We are looking for a receptionist that encompasses natural warmth and a welcoming manner. Articulate with reservations and administration duties, possess a ‘can do’ attitude and looks for the plus ones, to enhance the guest’s experience.
This is a hybrid role looking after the busy reception, but also assisting the restaurant servers when required. This is a great way to work across departments and gain experience in different aspects of hospitality in a busy hotel.
The role is shift based, working 5 days out of 7 which will include evenings and weekends.
With a lot of todays’ reservations coming via the internet, having a good understanding of IT, EPOS, PDQ and Hotel PMS systems, will be required.
You will need to be calm and methodical and have a good understanding of the overall operational workings of the hotel. Your communication skills with your team will need to be on point, ensuring all guests needs are organised.
You will be passionate for being best in class and progressive about the future. Having a smart and presentable manner, you will love being the welcoming host of our venue.
Enjoy the buzz of a busy venue with the ability to stay focused, presenting a high level of customer service.

- Be able to stay clam in a very busy environment.
