**Rate**:£22.00ph or Day Rate (CIS)

**Location**: Belper (Derbyshire - DE56)

**Hours**:08:00-17:00

Long-term ONGOING contract

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently looking for EWI Renderers to begin work on domestic properties with a rewarding building services contractor based in Belper. As an EWI Renderer, you will be involved in the External Wall Insulation process of occupied properties. You will be working towards PAS 2035 Standards; so you must have knowledge in whole house retrofit rendering.

This role will encompass other duties - (so you must be willing to help out with additional duties including labouring, scaffolding, patching, coating etc.)

The client will offer long-term opportunities for attentiveness and consistency on this project.

**Requirements**:

- A Valid CSCS Card
- Must have experience in / work towards PAS 2035 retrofit standards.
- Extensive knowledge in Roof scrim and external panelling.
- 2-3 years’ experience working as an EWI Renderer (within existing Domestic projects).
