Telesales Trainee

We are a small company specialising in sales and distribution of cleaning chemicals, based close to Sheffield city centre. We are looking for a motivated salesperson without experience for telesales. We require someone who’s ambition and drive will push them to learn more about cleaning practices and their target market.

You will be working with dormant accounts and potential new customers to try and generate fresh business. This will be working primarily with the hospitality industry, schools, nursing homes and more. Each industry has their own specialist needs from infection control to odour removal, so you’ll be trained to effectively handle each different scenario.

The role will be demanding, and you will be working in a busy and target driven sales environment. The applicant must be adaptable and able to speak to people in all positions, communicating effectively with a range of businesses. The successful telesales executive must be target and commission driven to ensure you aspire for growth and development of our accounts. There will be a competitive commission structure in place for both new and existing customers.

No computer work is involved, it’s traditional telesales work.

Full training will be given on our high-quality range of products.

**Hours**: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

**Pay**: £10.50/hour (depending on experience) plus commission and daily incentives.

Please note that all staff are required to wear face masks unless exempt.
