FJA are partnering with an innovative and leading service provider in the Water Industry. We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who will be based out of offices in the Wigan area.
They offer flexible home working opportunities.
You will support both the development and field teams with the analysis of technical data using the Companies own innovative technology.
A full driving licence is essential.
Role and responsibilities as Data Analyst:

- Conduct analysis of technical data
- Raise jobs for leakage technicians based on the analysis of Data
- Provide classroom training on Company technology (data analysis methods)
- Provide feedback to the development team on client issues with technology
- Provide feedback on new ideas and client recommendations to the development team
- Support trials of Company technology for the company's clients

**Skills**:

- Experience of analysing Acoustic leak noise (preferable)
- Proficient in IT and data analysis
- Ability to complete Risk assessments
- Strong communication skills
- Make use of a variety of systems to track leaks through from first identification to repair
- Cross-reference sounds and evidence trails to validate leak datasets
- Keen eye to detail and methodical approach
- Produce reports on findings
Knowledge:

- Minimum 2 years in similar Data Analystrole
- Experience in the water industry and/or audio analysis would be beneficial
- Understanding of Leak detection methodologies (preferable)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Fourier transform/audio analysis/leakage reduction (advantageous)
- Health and safety
- Understanding of the risk / impact of leakage activities
- Road traffic regulations pertinent to job
- Experience with GIS or similar mapping products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Computer literate and comfortable learning and using new systems
Training
- Water hygiene (desirable)
- Blue Water (desirable)
- Full driving licence (essential)
