**Blue Arrow has an exciting new position available in Direct Sales as an Admin Advisor in Reading or Cardiff**

**Job Role and Responsibilities**:

- Providing support to the wider team with administration tasks and duties: including distributing inbound mail, confidential paperwork shredding and data entry
- Responding to and dealing with a range of different customer queries.
- Data entry and Collating Stats
- No inbound calls

**Looking for people who have**:

- Able to manage own workload
- Used to being in a regulated environment
- Self-sufficient with an excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**There is a structured training plan CANDIDATES will follow, WITH FULL REMOTE SUPPORT BY MANAGERS AND A BUDDY SYSTEM**
