- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Market Research**:

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and promotions.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Generate regular sales reports for management review.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in mobile sales or a similar role.
