**Land Surveyor**

Equilibrant is currently seeking an experienced land surveyor to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

We work with various public and private asset owners assisting with the life cycle management of the following infrastructure:
▫ Railways
▫ Highways
▫ Marine (inland waterways, harbors, ports)
▫ Built Environment
▫ Water & Wastewater
▫ Energy & Renewables
▫ Chemical Storage

Due to the nature of our workload the successful applicant may be required to work away from home or unsociable hours for short periods.

Essential Skills
- Experience of topographical surveying and general onsite surveying and inspection activities.
- Good demonstrable experience of using Leica Surveying equipment, or similar, and processing data with surveying software, we use N4CE.
- Good demonstrable experience using AutoCAD.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in preparing plans, drawings, charts, and documents under mínimal supervision.
- Full clean UK driving license.

Desirable Skills
- Experience working on or around water.
- Experience handling boats.
- Experience in undertaking Confined Space Inspections, or a desire to become Confined Space trained.
- Experience working around railways including valid PTS card with Translink/Irish Rail.
- CSR card holder.

Package
- Competitive salary to be negotiated based on demonstrable experience.
- 37.5 working hour week generally 9am to 5pm but flexible on agreement.

**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year
