Payroll (weekly & monthly) using Xero Payroll including submission to HMRC
- Reconcile the bank
- Be converse with Xero accounts system, or be willing to learn
- Pay supplier invoices
- Assist the external accountants with the annual audit
- Submit CIS returns monthly, PAYE/NI, VAT quarterly returns & corporation tax through Xero
- Produce sales invoices for clients and chase up payment dates
- Deal with subcontractor monthly valuations/payment certificates/payment (discount & retentions)
- General admin (filing and matching up invoices with purchase orders)
- Keep track of holiday entitlement
- Preferable if worked in construction before
- Willing to work as part of a small team of people
- Flexible working hours 8:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday (22.5 hours per week)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
