Digital/integrated Senior Account Executive

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- Be the day-to-day lead for our social clients
- Support the PR team when required
- Managing a passionate and ambitious junior team
- Managing multiple stakeholders at any one time
- Highly knowledgeable across all social platforms, with your finger on the pulse
- Deliver outstanding creative thinking and content planning
- Deliver content from planning to production, and be responsible for calendar approvals with client.
- Understand data with the ability to deliver analytical thinking and insights based on results
- Lead on content production, with wealth of experience in managing external partners (videographers, photographers, etc)
- Working knowledge of paid media advertising, and have experience setting up ads across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc.
- Share your expertise with the team, nurturing the wider agency where possible
- Manage the day-to-day activity and strategy implementation on assigned social media accounts
- Support the Digital Account Director and Digital Director on the development of strategy (both internal & external)
- Experience with design software - including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva etc
- Experience with Influencer campaigns - creative ideation, briefing and collaborating with influencers and reporting on insights based on results
- Deliver social reporting across all accounts, supported by junior team where appropriate
- Manage and attend shoots and lead on content edits with production team
- Support on paid strategies; testing and reviewing all ads before optimized
- Support the senior team on new business development, proposals and attend pitches when required
- Experience in PR preferable, as Wild Card is an integrated agency. There will be some need to support the PR team on an ad-hoc basis

- You will coach, mentor and motivate junior staff
