This large hotel boasts 402 bedrooms & 14 conferencing suites, catering for between 4 to 850 delegates. The hotel is popular for a variation of event and our facilities are available for wedding receptions. The Adelphi offers a relaxing drink at the vibrant Wave Bar and Residents.
Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a **Part-Time Kitchen Administrator** who will join our exciting team.
As Kitchen Administrator, you will be required to:
- Ensure all kitchen documentation and compliance is accurate and strictly adhered to.
- You will communicate relevant information and data that is required for other departments in the kitchen.
- Rota organisation.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures.
- Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas.
