General Attendant

We are recruiting for a General Assistant in Clough The post is 25 hours per week over the easter break. There will be shifts each weekend and this would be great for students. Full time hours avalilbe during the summer

The rate of pay is £12.18 per hour Monday
- Friday £18.77 per hour on the weekend.

Your Duties will include:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned area
- Monitor and replenish inventory as needed
- Operate till and handle financial transactions accurately
- Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with any other duties assigned by the supervisor

You MUST be able to start immediately and can work evenings, weekends and public holidays year round
