**Technical Service Manager**

**£57,000 - £60,000 + Bonuses + Training + Car**

**Home based with site visits across the UK**

Are you a Technical Service Manager from renewables or similar looking for an exciting and varied role, where you will head up a Service Team and be recognised as an industry specialist with the autonomy that a senior position provides?

On offer is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation and development within the renewable energy sector, helping mould the future of energy.

This company are a well-established Energy / Renewables expert, who have been supplying globally for 3 decades and who are looking to expand their team. Off the back of another successful year they are looking to add an experienced Mechanical Engineer tostrengthen the team.

In this role you will be expected to be involved with every department, lending expertise to ensure scheduling is optimised and that production is being maximised. Provide guidance and support to Operating and Engineering staff on fault finding and rectifyingproblems. You will also be expected to advise and forecast costs for in house and externally sourced operation, maintenance, refurbishment or modification of customers equipment.

This is role would suit a Technical Service Manager from Energy background who is looking to become one of the go specialists in their field.

**The Role**:

- Liaise with clients in relation to the maintenance of the machinery
- Product development and Cost reduction
- Provide guidance to Senior Management on the improvement initiatives
- Develop and source parts and tools to improve maintenance regimes

**The Person**:

- Energy sector background
- Reciprocating Engine Knowledge
- Genset / Power generator experience
- Contact and Commercial competency
