Carpenters and Multi Trades- High Spec Residential

**We need skilled Carpenters and Multi Traders to join our friendly team on high spec residential projects in SE London Dulwich, Peckham area plus E5 Hackney and N1 Islington**

**You must take pride in producing quality workmanship, have great attention to detail and be experienced working on Architectural residential projects.**

You will need sound experience and knowledge in 1-2 of the following areas:

- Carpenters 1st and 2nd fix (Framing and roof structure plus fit out, detailed trim and joinery install
- Cabinet making experience advantageous)
- Face brickwork and pointing
- Plaster/Render - lime plasters
- Roof tiling
- slate and plain tile
- Tiling and bathroom fitting
- General Building

Must have own tools, PPE and CIS registration

Strong rates of pay to reflect skills and experience.

Ongoing and reliable long term work available.

**Salary**: £22.00-£27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
