You’ll be excited by the challenges faced of launching White Stuff’s in-house photography studio, bringing to it knowledge and experience from previous roles. You’re a highly motivated individual, who actively seeks out areas of improvement by constantly reviewing output and looking to our industry competitors and the wider fashion world for inspiration.

You’ll need to work both independently and as part of a team, as one of the junior heads in the studio you’ll be mentored and developed by the senior team.

**Primary objective of the job**:
As part of White Stuff’s Creative team and in-house Photography Studio, you will report the Senior Retoucher.

Working closely with the creative and ecommerce team you will be responsible for retouching all of White Stuff’s digital assets. Ensuring all products are colour matched and a true representation, you will maintain consistency whilst ensuring the brand guidelines are followed.

As well as ecommerce photography there will be the opportunity to work on the retouch of creative assets when required including but not limited to, campaign, social, print and press.

We are looking for a talented and creative retoucher who can take our imagery to the next level. This role is ideal for someone with a good understanding of the retouching process who is interested in expanding their experience and developing their existing retouching skills.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Retouching at volume ecommerce photography on both model and still life - always adhering to brand guidelines
- Retouching creative imagery for the wider creative teams as required to brief and within the brand guidelines
- Communicating with the photography team regularly on any image queries
- Working closely with the image co-ordinator on any retouching amendments
- Ensuring that daily output targets are met and final imagery is delivered on time
- Maintaining a clear understanding of the retouching workflow

**What you’ll need**:

- A portfolio that demonstrates high quality ecommerce and creative retouch experience
- Experience in a professional ecommerce studio environment.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop with a strong understanding of colour correction with experience in Mac OSX computing platforms and Microsoft
- Self-motivated but able to work within a very close-knit team.
- Interest in video editing experience a plus but not essential
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Confident and comfortable liaising across all levels and departments
