- Thursday and 8am to 4pm Friday.

**Purpose of the role**
The Purpose of this role is to support the wider business with financial and administrative support.
**Key responsibilities.**
- Inputting purchase invoices accurately (Purchases and Overhead)
- Processing of “Invoices to authorise”
- Supplier and Subcontractor account reconciliations to statement
- Processing of timesheets and posting labour and other expenses to job costing system
- Miscellaneous accounts and admin tasks as and when required.
- Set up new supplier accounts and amend existing supplier details as necessary.
**General Requirements**
- Will share best practice with colleagues.
- Will take responsibility for personal self-development.
- Positive and flexible approach to work
- Competent with IT systems such as accounting systems and Mirocsoft office
- Excellent punctuality and timekeeping
- Previous experience within a small accounts function
- Previous experience within the construction industry
**Salary**: £18,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
